What do you mean by “Free Book Search”?

The search is free in the sense that we do not charge you for researching your book. If we find the book, we do add something to the price we find it at to cover both postage and our profit. We will always look for the best quality book at the best price.

In addition, you are never under obligation to purchase any book that we find for you. If you feel the book is out of your price range or you find it elsewhere, simply decline and no money is owed. However, once you pay for the book we are not able to cancel the sale.

What types of books can you find?

We search for any type of book in any field, including history, religion, textbooks, science, children’s, collectibles, series titles and many more. We’re happy to assist you in searching any out-of-print or hard to find book.

Will you contact me even if you don’t find my book?

Yes, we will contact you and let you know the results of our search. If we are unable to locate your book, you may resubmit your request once per month, or if you choose you may sign up for our six-month continuous search list.

What is the six-month continuous search?

The six-month continuous search is an optional service that we offer. If we are unable to find your book through our free search, you may either call us once per month to resubmit your title to our free search, or you may sign up for our six-month search in which we automatically search your title once a month for six months. The cost for this service is $10.00 per title, and you may sign up by calling us at 1-800-257-1404, or e-mailing us here.

May I visit your shop?

No, we are not an open shop and do not have titles available to browse.

What are your hours?

You may call us Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm eastern. You may also contact us by e-mail or submit a search request anytime.

What do you accept for payment?

We accept Money Orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal check or foreign currency.

What is your return policy?

Books are returnable only if the book received is not the book described. Because of the nature of our service, we are not able to take back books once they have been purchased. We make every effort to ensure that we provide the exact book you have requested; therefore, no books may be returned without prior permission.
